Croell Inc. located at 2010 Kenwood Ave PO Box 430 New Hampton, IA 50659, 641-229-6146 isseeking 4 temporary full-time Ready Mix Drivers to work at 8443 Story Road Billings, MT 59101,Billings, MT from 04/01/2025 to 12/31/2025 to Operate ready-mix trucks, moving ready mix to worksites. Drivers are required to clean and maintain trucks including performing daily safety inspection oftrucks, checking and refilling fuel and other fluid levels daily, and performing minor maintenance onvehicles. Complete paperwork on loads hauled and turn in daily. Special Requirements: Must be ableto pass the Department of Transportation physical. Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs 30 feet. ClassB license or international commercial driver's license, good driving record, and driving skills required.Must be 21 years of age or older. Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Must be able tohandle extreme temperatures. No prior education or experience is required. On the job, training will beprovided.$28.75/hr. Approx. 40 hours/week, from Monday to Saturday. Hours vary between day shifts of 6:00am- 5:00pm and 7:00pm - 5:00pm, and evening shifts of 5:00pm - 8:00pm. Applicants may be offeredhigher than the advertised. The wage rate may vary on experience and/or merit. $43.13/hr forovertime. Up to 10 hours of overtime may be available but not guaranteed.All deductions from the worker’s paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer will use asingle workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay Weekly by check. Any advances will bededucted with the consent of the employee. The employer will provide housing as an option toemployees living outside the regular commuting distance. Employees who elect to live in the housingwill have an additional $100.00 deducted weekly from their paycheck for rent and utilities. No dailytransportation will be provided from and to the worksite.In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging)to the place of employment will be directly reimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation andsubsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contractor where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonablecosts of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departedto work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employeror where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the first workweek, daily subsistence fortravel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $15.88/day to a maximum of$59.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government(except passport fees).
