SCL Health Real Estate Market Manager in Billings, Montana
Job Description:
The Real Estate Associate is responsible for supporting an assigned portfolio of real estate projects and transactions across Intermountain's growing multi-state footprint. These projects may include site selection, strategic planning, property acquisition and disposition, land use and entitlements, leasing, property management, and space use. This position may be assigned a portfolio of work based on geography or by project type.Specific job duties may include (a) negotiate and manage real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, leases, access agreements, boundary agreements, etc. (b) value real property and perform financial analysis of transactions, manage and interface with real estate databases and project management software, (c) review and manage real property assessment and taxation, (d) negotiate with government entities regarding condemnation and eminent domain takings, (e) manage real property assets, i.e. make decisions about future use, coordinate with neighbors, obtain rights for those assets, etc. (f) coordinate with internal partners on project approvals and workflows, (g) track and report on assigned projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Four years of applicable real estate experience in a role requiring a solid understanding of Real Estate, and its related laws, requirements, and processes.
Demonstrated analytical, financial, organizational and communication skill.
Polished negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
Confident working with contracts and coordinating with internal and external legal support.
Ability to interact with leaders throughout the Intermountain system.
Discretion and judgement to keep sensitive information confidential.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of study. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
Active Real Estate License in one of the states where Intermountain operates.
