The successful Surgery Center RN will be an integral component in facilitating patient flow and throughput while maintaining high levels of quality care which are consistent with recognized national nursing standards, legal requirements and Surgery Center policies and procedures. Duties will encompass pre- and post-operative, and recovery.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Bachelors degree in nursing is preferred
Previous experience in ambulatory surgery center preferred
One (1) year of nursing experience is desired
Current Montana state license as a registered nurse required
CNOR and/or AORN professional affiliation preferred
BLS required with ACLS and PALS certification required within one year of employment
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered
