Job Title: Technician
Job Description
As a Technician, you will meet with turf/sod farmers to diagnose issues they are having with current harvesting equipment. You will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting all issues, including computerized, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Communication with customers in a professional manner is essential, as you will need to explain issues and repairs needed. You will also be required to make on-the-spot repairs and test products to ensure all repairs are correct and the customer is satisfied.
Responsibilities
Meet with turf/sod farmers to diagnose issues with current harvesting equipment.
Test and troubleshoot issues in computerized, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Communicate with customers in a professional manner about issues and repairs needed.
Make on-the-spot repairs as needed.
Test products to ensure all repairs are correct and customers are satisfied.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of service technician experience working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Must be able to provide a basic tool set.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00
