Provides operational and escrow support to Wealth Management team
through proficient handling of workflow processing responsibilities
utilizing multiple platforms. Candidate must exhibit strong
communication skills with a high ability to reason and problem solve.
Strong interpersonal skills and service responsibilities are key
components of the position. Works closely with team members and vendors
to execute operational requirements in support of the overall Wealth
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties
may be assigned.
Accurate and timely processing of workflow requests.
Cross-train on Middle Office and Escrow responsibilities to maintain
Responsible for daily reconciliation of Trust DDA and monthly
reconciliations of cash accounts.
Partner with Wealth Platform vendor to mitigate potential issues with
incoming and outgoing transfers, service requests and cash movements.
Generate monthly statement request, monitor and resolve any

Assist with Wealth Management revenue processing and posting.
Process quarterly tax payments and assist with tax preparation process
by obtaining requested information from tax vendor.
Apply knowledge of basic accounting principles and trust accounting in
areas of application, research and problem solving.
Provide support to Wealth Management offices and escrow, including
prompt response to all inquiries, in a professional and responsive
manner consistent within department standards and guidelines.
Special Projects as assigned.
Follows all Wealth Management policies and procedures, compliance
regulations and completes all required annual training.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business/accounting and 1+ years' experience or 3
to 5 years' experience in Middle/Back Office Operations or Accounting
for an Investment, Trust or Wealth Management firm.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written. Ability to
