Humana Workday Lead Engineer in Billings, Montana
The Compensation Technology Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for the review and configuration of Workday's Core and Advanced Compensation module. The Compensation COE is also responsible for the hand-off of the implemented changes to the Compensation group for ongoing processing.
Humana is seeking a Workday Lead Engineer to support Workday's Core and Advanced Compensation module. In this role, you will evaluate the impact of requested changes and work closely with stakeholders to configure the Workday system. The ideal candidate would have experience configuring complex Compensation and integrated (Payroll, Recruiting, etc.) Workday solutions.
The Workday Lead Engineer will consult with Compensation leaders and other HR business areas in the design and development of Workday architecture. Researches configuration requests and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues.
Review business requirements that are submitted for system updates
Consult with compensation and other business stakeholders on design and functionality
Determine Workday compensation architecture, identifying impacts and configuration of the changes requested
Submits Change Requests
Configures Workday system
Corrects defects to ensure that Compensation functionality is accurate
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
3 or more years of experience designing and configuring Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Ability to learn new platforms quickly
Develops configuration procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
