JEFFERSON COUNTY Administrative Clerk in BOULDER, Montana

JEFFERSON COUNTY: Jefferson County Justice Court is seeking a permanent parttime Administrative Clerk to assist with the operations of the court. This position will work approximately 20 hours per week to provide administrative support for the Justice Court. Position requires knowledge of court processes and procedures, understanding of accounting principals, routine office tasks and the ability to write legibly and communicate effectively; skills in the use of various office machines and extensive Microsoft Word and Word Perfect. Knowledge of ?fullcourt? preferred but not required. Requires the ability to perform duties in a professional and technical manner requiring attention to accuracy and time sensitivity. Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Positions will answer phones, perform data entry, file and keep a variety of records and documents. These skills may be demonstrated through education, experience, training or a combination of all three. High school diploma with three to five years experience in general office practices preferred.
