Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of our IT infrastructure, including servers, storagedevices, networking equipment, and operating systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime. Implement security measures to protect the organization's systems and data, including firewalls, antivirus software, andaccess controls. Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans to safeguard against data loss and system failures. Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Provide technical support to end-users, including resolving hardware and software issues and assisting with systemconfigurations. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity ofoperations. Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in system administration and make recommendations fortheir implementation. Other duties as assigned
