RESULTS STATEMENT

The All Season Property Professional I ensures that the needs of their assigned properties are promptly and professionally fulfilled in accordance with their summer position’s and winter position’s responsibilities. This position is an on-call position in the winter.

SUMMER POSITION - To Be Determined (One from below)

Lawn Care Technician - working safely, helps to ensure that lawns are uniform and cut to exceed customer’s expectations and that the worksite is cleared of lawn debris and litter

Irrigation Technician -ensures that the sprinkler systems are properly working and adjusted, producing healthy lawns and plants while conserving water whenever possible

Lawn Spray Technician - ensures that clients are satisfied with their deep green, weed free and healthy property as a result of properly, accurately and efficiently mixing and applying fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, miticides, and insecticides

Spray and Garden Technician - ensures that clients are satisfied with their deep green, weed and garbage free, healthy, property as a result of properly, accurately and efficiently mixing and applying fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, miticides, and insecticides in addition to properly pruning trees and shrubs and deadheading flowers

Property Caretaker - ensures that the needs of their assigned property are promptly fulfilled. They are to report to their overseer with needs and questions, and ensure that all aspects of their property are cared for while working primarily in an independent manner

Garden Technician - ensures that perennials and annuals are healthy and appropriately pruned, while removing weeds

WINTER POSITION - To Be Determined (One from below)

On-Call Plow Operator - completely, efficiently and safely operates equipment to ensure that parking lots and roadways are plowed.

On-Call Snow Removal Technician - safely uses various equipment to ensure that snow and ice are removed from sidewalks and curb lines, beyond the clients’ expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Age Restrictions - See individual position agreements for confirmation
Lawn Care Technician - 16 years
Irrigation Technician - 16 years
Lawn Spray Technician - 18 years
Spray and Garden Technician - 18 years
Garden Technician - 18 years
Plow Operator - 16 years
Snow Removal Technician - 16 years
Legal, valid, unrestricted, driver's license, with no DUIs in the past 3 years or multiple infractions in order to drive a BSS vehicle
Reliable transportation to work to help maintain a pristine attendance record
Ability to work a flexible winter schedule, (hours may begin 3am and end at 7pm on snow days, with a guaranteed 2 days off per week)
Ability to work a consistent summer schedule, (hours are typically 7am to 5pm, Mondays - Thursdays and occasionally Fridays and optional Saturdays due to inclement weather prior in the week)
Ability to work year round, with no significant or unapproved gaps
Keen attention to detail
Consistent, eagerness to improve clients’ properties
Contagious, positive “can-do” attitude
