FairIsaac Corporation Analytic Consulting - Lead Consultant in Bozeman, Montana

Fair Isaac Corporation seeks a full-time Analytic Consulting - Lead Consultant. Telecommuting available from anywhere in US. HQ at Bozeman, MT. The primary duty of the Analytic Consulting - Lead Consultant is to serve as an integral member of FICO’s analytic consulting team that leverages advanced analytics software to develop decision support applications for FICO’s clients across the Americas. The position works closely with data scientists and mathematicians to gather requirements, as well as design and develop end-user applications. This role is directly responsible for specifying, writing and testing the UI components of the application. Specific duties include: 1) Design and develop UI elements based on use cases to be supported by the application. 2) Build UI mock-ups and communicate design to end-users and project team, ensuring technical feasibility and UX considerations in the design. 3) Design application components in a way that is reusable for future projects. 4) Adhere to version control best practices for developing enterprise applications. 5) Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications. 6) Develop SQL queries for reading/persisting data to relational databases. Domestic travel required up to 15% of the time. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field and five (5) years progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a developer, engineer, or related occupation. Experience must include three (3) years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following: 1) experience with enterprise application development using JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 and JQuery; 2) developing Single Page Applications using one or more of the following frameworks; React, Angular or Vue; 3) asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX; 4) building UI mock-ups and wireframes; 5) GIT and SVN coding versioning tools; and 6) writing in queries SQL for readying/persisting data to relational databases. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelor’s Degree program. Domestic travel required up to 15% of the time.
