We are seeking an Associate Channel Marketing Manager to join the Revelyst Outdoor Performance Marketing Platform, where our priorities are to be consumer-first, to lead with our power brands, and to invest in the portfolio. Our marketing team will create consumer demand through smart brand & product promotion, best in class content & creative services, insight-driven shopper experiences, and focused channel activation.

As the Associate Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for being a highly collaborative liaison between Brand Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Customers; integrating marketing and trade initiatives to ensure a cohesive plan execution with consistent and meaningful communication that drives retail performance.

This position reports to the Director, Channel/Shopper Marketing and can be based in our Bozeman, MT or Logan, UT offices.

As the Associate Channel Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Assist Director, Channel/Shopper Marketing in developing, presenting and executing business-building plans to our channel partners to drive retail conversion and brand growth. Uses markets, shopper/end-user, and channel knowledge to present plans for line/category reviews.

  • Project management with cross-functional teams in execution of trade marketing programs within budget and timelines for all retail channels and partners

  • Manage and support the selling process in conjunction with Sales including communication and materials, coordinating deliverables timelines to ensure Sales team is fully equipped for successful sell-in

  • Collaborates with and supports Trade Show/Events Manager in executing trade show booth activations for OP brands.

  • identify new and innovative ways to target desired customer base and changes within the environment for future opportunities and act with urgency.

  • Collaborate with ISE Coordinator to design, execute and maintain engagement programs aimed at Retail Sales Professionals. Content will include sales and product training, along with ‘community’ efforts to drive exceptional consumer experience at retail sales.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing; retail and retail marketing experience preferred.

  • Self-starter able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment that rewards the ability to successfully set and achieve goals, execute plans and work with customers and the company’s management team.

  • Strong consultative marketing and problem-solving skills with financial acumen.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, collaborative and team building skills.

  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to all levels of management; internal and external.
