Behavioral Health Consultant

1.0 FTE position (40 hrs per week)

Bozeman location with occasional travel to Belgrade and Livingston

Compensation: $79,098.60 - $83,990.40 for LCSW/LCPC/LMFT, $55,889.60 for Candidate licensed

Position Summary:

The Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC), as part of the primary care team, provides behavioral health consultation to children, adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psychosocial function. BHC position serves One Health sites in Livingston, Bozeman, and Belgrade through in-person and tele health encounters.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education /Certificates/Licenses :

Required

  • Master’s in social work (LCSW) or Professional Mental Health Counseling (LCPC) or Marriage and Family Counseling (LMFT) or PhD in Clinical Psychology

  • Current Montana Licensure as a LCSW or Licensed Clinical Psychologist or LCPC, or LMFT OR

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker Candidate or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate

  • BLS Certification upon hire

  • Val id driver’s license

    Experience:

    Required

  • Assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders, when appropriate

    Preferred

  • Diverse culture

  • Two (2) years of experience as Behavioral Health Provider

  • Two (2) years of experience in a community health setting
