Insight Global Behavioral Health Nurse Manager (Inpatient) in Bozeman, Montana
Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to lead a growing nursing team. You will oversee all aspects of the department, ensuring efficient operations and delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes staffing, scheduling, budget management, and development of evidence-based policies. The organization is opening a new unit and this leader will own the complete execution of this new facility. This includes from writing policy procedures, work flows, billing/coding, integrating EPIC, building the team, establishing culture, expectations and team functionality. You will foster a collaborative and positive work environment while guiding staff development and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
· Directs broad operations of assigned department to ensure the provision of comprehensive services in compliance with all regulatory agencies and hospital requirements.
· Ensures a collaborative departmental approach to operational planning, care/service design and development of organizational policies, which reflect the mission of the organization.
· Coordinates and assists with oversight of departmental services. Continuously assesses, measures and improves departmental performance.
· Demonstrates responsible management of all departmental resources.
· Demonstrates clinical/technical and managerial competency.
Leads, teaches, inspires, helps and consistently demonstrates hospital behavioral standards

Skills and Requirements
Behavior Health Inpatient expertise
Some leadership experience: can be a team lead
Bachelors in Nursing
Lead large scale project
Willing to get Montana RN license Project management with building out units
- How to work with other groups, hospital operations pieces happen.
Previous RN Manager experience, understanding budgets
Master's in Nursing or a health care related field
Certification in Nursing Leadership (AONE or ANCC) null
