Williams Plumbing / Civil Construction Client Support Specialist in Bozeman, Montana

Williams is hiring a Client Support Specialist who embodies professionalism, core values, and efficiency in every interaction, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers in plumbing, heat, and light civil services. Your key responsibility will be to promptly and effectively address customer inquiries and needs. You'll excel in gathering precise information and meticulously documenting job details within our HVAC/Plumbing software system.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer phones to best qualify customer needs (occasional walk-ins).

  • Relay messages and special instructions to service technicians.

  • Keep record of service calls and work orders in Service Titan.

  • Occasionally collect accounts receivable and past due balances.

  • Monitor emergency calls and work with Technicians Support Specialist to handle priority jobs.

  • Responsible for making follow-up calls with customers to record satisfaction with service, possible concerns, further needs, and general feedback.

  • May interact with vendors in matters regarding supplies and materials.

  • Occasionally supports answering phones for main office.

  • Work closely with team to provide feedback and training opportunities to leadership.

  • Productive time management awareness, eliminating deviations from priorities.

  • Organization: Utilizes strong organizational skills.

  • Some knowledge of building maintenance needs and service requirements.

  • Some knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and equipment of the plumbing trade.

    What We Offer:

  • Competitive Wage ($19-21/hr DOE)
