Bozeman Health Clinical Nurse Coordinator (FT- 1.0 FTE, Day Shift) in Bozeman, Montana
Wound and Hyperbaric, Diabetes and Infectious disease clinical coordinator position new to Bozeman Health. We have a need to have a dedicated nurse focus on the quality and safety for our wound, diabetic and infectious disease patients that are being seen in the clinic or admitted to the hospital. This nurse will also focus on maintaining our hyperbaric accreditation and assist the inpatient team to prevent hospital acquired pressure injuries, CAUTI and CLABSI.
Position Summary:
The Nurse Coordinator has a primary responsibility for registries, accreditation and data analytics for related programs. Monitors program key performance metrics and accreditation requirements. In coordination with the medical directors, and department leadership, monitors quality standards of care, professional documentation, oversight and development of policies and procedures, and program certification. Uses data analytics to promote shared decision making and drives progress and performance improvement. Develops performance improvement initiatives and acts as a resource and facilitates collaboration between all health care disciplines throughout the organization and within the healthcare community. Promotes ongoing development of all staff and for maintaining a professional environment in which all staff can grow and develop.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required
Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
American Heart Association BLS
Experience with DNV-GL accreditation
Professional experience with data analytics
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- Master’s Degree in a healthcare related field

Schedule Requirements
This role requires regular and sustained attendance.
The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.
