Position Summary:
The Digital Content Producer plays a key role in marketing efforts by crafting compelling stories and engaging narratives that align with the hospital’s brand and mission. This role focuses on developing multimedia content, including patient testimonials, videos, and digital campaigns, to enhance community engagement and healthcare awareness. Responsibilities include capturing visuals that highlight the hospital’s teams and patients while producing content for various digital and print platforms. This position supports annual work plans and strategic goals through high-quality storytelling and digital media expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Television Production, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Three (3) years experience in digital content creation, full scale video production, production of testimonials and docu-style videos, still photography (to include headshots, candid, and architectural photography), and working with analytic tools.
Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Premier, and After Effects), graphic design tools (Photoshop), and content management systems.
A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia work is required for consideration.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization in marketing or communications.
Essential Job Functions:
In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned per DNV requirements, Bozeman Health policy, and other registry requirements.
Develop, produce, and edit high-quality digital content, including videos, graphics, animations, and written copy for social media, website, and television.
Create engaging video series that highlight hospital teams and capture provider headshots and video bios.
Plan and execute all aspects of video shoots, including scripting, directing, and editing.
Produce broadcast television commercials and digital video content optimized for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Oversee live streaming, event coverage, and digital campaigns to ensure high-quality production and audience engagement.
Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies that align with marketing goals and brand messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to support hospital initiatives, community outreach, and patient engagement.
Regularly analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and new technologies in social media, digital storytelling, and video production.
Ensure all content complies with HIPAA regulations and hospital network guidelines.

Schedule Requirements:
This role requires regular and sustained attendance.
The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
