Distribution Operations/Sales Relief: Bozeman

Montana’s fastest growing beer, wine, and premium beverage distributor, Hayden Beverage Co., is looking to hire a "jack of all trades" to work out of our Bozeman, MT location. This position will be assisting with sales routes, merchandising, assisting in deliveries, resets, warehouse production and draught cleaning whenever and wherever needed. Looking for a team player who is wanting to gain experience in all areas of the distribution world.

The Position:

  • Starting hourly pay rate: $15-$16; DOE

  • Works as a steppingstone into the beverage distribution sales world

  • Provides sales relief to route as determined by company needs

  • A fast paced, physically demanding job that delivers product to stores, bars, and restaurants

  • Assists with resets in stores and is responsible for the safe handling of product including delivery, check-in, set-up of product, and merchandising of product

  • Cleans draught lines at multiple accounts

  • Helps with returns and collections (required)

  • Services customer accounts in a professional manner

  • Manages inventory to ensure product standards are met and inventory controls are followed

  • Schedule to be determined; candidates must have availability for evening, weekends and holidays per company needs

The Qualified Candidate:

  • Experience in the beverage distribution industry is a plus

  • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Professional individuals that can follow directions

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Performance development and goal orientated accountability skills

  • Can work well independently, with customers, and the rest of the crew

  • Can-do/will-do attitude

  • Required to operate your personal vehicle with minimum required liability insurance limits as required by the company

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and must possess an Acceptable Motor Vehicle record

  • Resides in the market area


  • Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.

  • Satisfactory motor vehicle record required.
