LC Staffing Document Control Specialist I in Bozeman, Montana

Document Control Specialist IA thriving Gallatin County Manufacturer is looking for a Document Control Specialist I to add to their team for a three to four month period (ending in mid-October). This is a great opportunity to try out an administrative/office role.Responsibilities include ensuring ongoing maintenance and control of the company’s Quality Management System controlled documents and records. This position interacts with employees throughout the company and with other divisions of the companyEssential Job Responsibilities:-Develop and maintain an understanding of the organization's products and general biological and chemical systems utilized within the Department.-Know how the activities performed in the Department are controlled by and interact with the Quality System and how they affect the production of medical devices and tissues as applicable.-Adhere to organization's Medical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and safety protocols.-Ongoing review and improvement of the Document Control system and Record Control system to ensure continued compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards, including authorizing revisions to the documentation of the systems as needed.-Work with all departments and divisions within the organization to ensure understanding of an adherence to their Medical’s Quality System.-Maintenance of organization's Medical’s Document Control and Record Control systems to meet the needs of the company and ensuring the integrity of the systems both in hard copy (paper) and electronic formats.-Assist in the timely and efficient completion and retention of documentation. This includes all aspects of Change Order assignment, creation, producing hard copy materials for approval signatures, finalization of documents, creating compare-result documents, and making documents effective.Why you want this position:-Starting wage between $18-$20 / hour-Set schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.-Opportunity to utilize technological skills-Test out working in an office setting for 3 months-Opportunity to grow and learn in the medical manufacturing industryQualifications:-High School Diploma or General Education Degree required-Experience with document control and record maintenance preferred-Knowledge of FDA, ISO, and AATB requirements preferred-Ability to write, review, and edit documents and records-Must be able to work independently and with minimal guidanceGet in touch!
