Insight Global Epic Willow Analyst in Bozeman, Montana
Job Description
Insight Global is assisting in a client in identifying a certified Willow Analyst with a strong understanding of designing, building, and maintaining of the Willow modules for a permanent hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will install, design, configure, train, and support application systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to design system requirements, develop new functionality, test, and implement vendor releases, and execute system upgrades. This is a fully remote role, however, requires this employee to reside in one of the approved states.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in building, designing, and implementing Willow modules
Support, maintain, and optimize the Willow system
Work closely with the Willow team on various projects, maintenance tasks, and optimization requests
Handle a heavy workload of requests, including medication billing
Participate in the management of tickets, upgrades, and release notes
Collaborate on projects such as cleanup of OSQ's, preference lists, and supporting hospital expansions
Contribute to the enhancement of order sets, medication list maintenance, change requests, medication shortages, and ERX
Work closely with the Willow team on various projects, maintenance tasks, and optimization requests
Collaborate on a mix of projects, maintenance tasks, and optimization requests
Manage a significant workload of requests, upgrades, and release notes
Participate in a 4-person call pool rotation, one week every four weeks
Collaborate with pharmacy informatics team

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Willow Analyst
Epic certification in Willow
Proficiency in supporting, maintaining, and designing/building Willow modules
Availability to work in the MST time zone
Must reside in one of the approved states to work remotely
Ability to participate in a 4-person call pool rotation, one week every four weeks Experience in medical billing
Bachelor's degree
Background as a pharmacy technician in an inpatient setting null
