Revelyst Go-To-Market Coordinator in Bozeman, Montana

Job Description

As the Go-to-Market Coordinator , you'll be at the helm of orchestrating the successful launch of our products and services into the market. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing coordination and alignment of our Go-to-Market (GTM) plan and checklist, driving accountability to ensure seamless execution across all facets of the launch. Integral to your responsibilities is preparing the sales team, equipping them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell our offerings.

This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is based in Bozeman, Montana.

As the Go-To-Market Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate extensively with other departments, driving accountability and overall preparedness to go-to-market.

  • Function as the single point-of-contact and liaison to other departments for go-to-market topics.

  • Create, align, and maintain go-to-market calendars and checklists for all outdoor performance brands.

  • Gather, review, post, and communicate go-to-market related materials and information (including sales programs, price lists, special offers, etc.) to the sales force and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain accuracy of go-to-market materials and info posted to shared locations.

  • Align with brand, marketing, and sales to ensure digital and print asset needs are met

  • Collect and maintain a key account agreement database (including copies of signed vendor agreements)

  • Coordinate extensively with sales leaders to determine go-to-market related needs and necessary improvements.

  • Support the alignment and creation of rep sample orders.

  • Provide cross functional support to the Sales Enablement team.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales or sales support environment.

  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, sales environment.

  • The ability to collaborate extensively across all levels of the organization.

  • The ability to establish relationships that drive accountability and teamwork.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range:

$23.22 - $32.74

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
