Oracle HCM Sales Consultant / Solution Engineer in Healthcare/Higher Education in Bozeman, Montana
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.

7 years of experience in Sales Consulting or Implementation Consulting
7 years of experience in the HR domain, more specifically in Workforce Management and/or Payroll

You must be able to lead as well as follow, and be equally capable of both self-direction and team-work in a virtual work environment
BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
7 years of experience in either the healthcare or the higher education industry
Certifications from SHRM, APA, or HRCI
Delivers exciting, insightful, value-based HCM Cloud software demonstrations to customers
Interacts with all levels in a customer organization, from individual contributors to executives, and understands the differences in style and approach needed for various audiences
Simplifies complex business requirements
Continuously and proactively learns the Oracle HCM Cloud suite of solutions throughout the ongoing innovation cycle
Monitors and applies key trends in Human Capital Management and related technology
Monitors changes in the Healthcare and/or Higher Education industry and applies industry knowledge in all customer interactions
Monitors competitors in our HCM space and applies this knowledge to demonstrations and interactions with customers
Conducts value based customer discovery and needs analysis
Responds to RFI/RFP s as needed
Mentors less experienced peers
Coordinates and executes customer workshop events
Creates demonstration scripts, presentation documents, and other sales and demonstration materials
Supports other teams in the areas of training, strategy, development, and marketing
