Oracle Inbound Lead Optimization, Marketing Process Improvement in Bozeman, Montana
Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

We’re looking for a Marketing Process Improvement leader to drive continuous improvement and lead critical change initiatives across Oracle Marketing.
As theSenior Manager, Marketing Process Improvement, you will be responsible for developing and executing thestrategy to capture and convert inbound Marketing leadsand optimize the customer experience by increasing direct contact with customers. Working with the Oracle.com team, and solution and field marketing teams, you will recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve business outcomes through an increase in inbound marketing inquiries. You will be part of a passionate, highly collaborative Marketing team and have the opportunity to make a significant business impact working on high-profile, cross-functional projects.

You are a leader, and a team player with experience working with Sales and Marketing, and collaborating with virtual, global teams. A problem solver and idea generator, you have experience identifying root cause issues and opportunities for process improvement through better technology, control systems, training, governance and automation. You have a passion for identifying and rolling out high impact solutions to improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Analyze data, people and systems; share findings and collaborate with Sales and Marketing process owners and stakeholders to recommend solutions for increasing Marketing inquiries
Work with Marketing and technology teams to develop and implement future state processes
Identify, share and build upon industry best practices for driving Marketing engagement through every channel
Leverage continuous improvement tools and process engineering principles, including Six Sigma DMAIC and DMADV
Maintain and communicate process related prioritization and leading process optimization working sessions to create business requirements
Provide project updates to the executive leadership team and project stakeholders, highlighting learnings, recommendations, quick wins, points of escalation, areas of risk and mitigation plans
Manage projects from inception to implementation to performance monitoring to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals
Create and implement change management programs globally
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Ensure appropriate controls are in place and track the performance of the solution to ensure the solution provides the desired results and continuously improved the process
Carry out follow-up programs to continuously improve business outcomes
Understand lead management use cases and leverage your knowledge of digital marketing to determine the best solutions for teams driving inbound inquiries
Communicate vision and plans to key stakeholders to drive business impact and influence change
Partner closely within Marketing and Technology teams to ensure technical solutions are ideal for future growth and evolution
Ensure Global Lead Management requirements are included in Oracle.com, digital marketing and technology priorities and roadmaps by collaborating with Marketing partners to undertand their future roadmaps, share business needs and communicate technology requirements
Manage the entire requirements gathering process, including business sign-off, validation, testing, and communication
Combine high level strategic thinking with “roll-up your sleeves to make it happen” mindset
Actively seek and present new and innovative solutions, and provide commentary and rationale on how they will add value to the business
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, engineering or a related field
5 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales in B2B enterprise and/or software company
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Similar consulting and advisory industry experience is a plus
Proven expertise leading digital transformation projects, especially web optimization and virtual event platforms
Strategic and technological consulting skills indesigning and enhancing Marketing business processes
Knowledge of digital marketing, marketing automation, customer relationship management systems, and first-hand knowledge of business/lead development teams
Passion for, and experience with, emerging Marketing technologies
Technical and business expertise with integrating different systems in the “Mar-Tech” stack
Demonstrated use of automation, advanced analytics and statistical modeling concepts to drive business outcomes
Experience defining and implementing global approaches to ways of working
Experience leading and working with remote teams
Collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross functional, cross-cultural environment
