Lattice Materials LLC Inside Sales Specialist in Bozeman, Montana
Join our team and be a part of delivering mission-critical silicon and germanium lenses and windows to support the defense, space, and medical industries.Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time position in our manufacturing facility in Bozeman, MT. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Servicing existing customer base.Entering and checking quotes, orders, job travelers, and similar items.Working closely with other departments to support customer needs.Maintaining and updating CRM information as needed.Managing multiple priorities, including repetitive clerical support work, while maintaining a focused eye for detail. Successful candidates will have the following abilities/qualifications:Excellent customer service skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Excellent time management skills.Highly motivated with a desire to be successful.Be able to develop a working knowledge of the manufacturing capabilities, uses, and specifications of common infrared crystal products.Be able to work as a team member with other departments to properly communicate/coordinate customer specific and/or special requirements.Be able to operate basic office equipment -- including computers, scan, and copy machines -- to calculate prices, generate and send quotes to customers.Be able to use Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce CRM software and the ERP System.Be able to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
