Job Description:
The Enterprise Applications Manager role within Revelyst is responsible for supporting divisional functions of sales, marketing, and customer service and supporting software including B2B, PIM, DAM, CRM, and integrated third-party ecommerce tools. The applications manager oversees analysts responsible for administration, support, governance, and implementation. Activities include executing organizational strategy via technology, collecting requirements, exploring the impacts to business processes, designing solutions, data modeling & mapping, creating documentation, and problem solving to improve applications. This position reports to the IT Director, Enterprise Applications & Integrations.
As the Applications Manager, you will have an opportunity to :
Partner with Sales Operations, E-commerce, Creative, and Information Technology teams to shape enterprise applications and enable global omnichannel strategies across our collection of brands.
Maintain regular contact with internal customers to identify and respond to needs and expectations.
Lead, manage, and mentor application analysts to design, configure, test, monitor, and build upon capabilities and processes that effectively align with business needs.
Establish application objectives, provide architecture recommendations, influence integrations, manage workload, develop and execute a systems roadmap.
Foster and maintain vendor and SI relationships. Conduct periodic business reviews with vendors, stay up to date with new functionality, best practices, and compliance, and make every effort to improve the utilization of applications.
Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications.
Implement automation and self-service options where possible to streamline operations.
Leverage a data driven approach and key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, break down functional requirements, facilitate reuse & consistency, track development tasks, create documentation, produce process flows, provide training, and execute on-time delivery.
Strategically and operationally plan for content reuse, adaptive content, and content personalization architecture.
You have:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing structured data, content, and/or digital assets on digital platforms such as PIM, DAM, CRM, B2B, DTC.
Requires proficiency of Microsoft Suite.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with desire for continuous improvement and learning.
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written along with efficient collaboration with varying levels of technical and leadership roles within the organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Flexible and positive disposition to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
You might have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, business, or related field.
Exposure to any of the following applications: Salsify, Acquia DAM, Elastic Suite B2B, PlumRiver B2B, Salesforce Commerce, CRM, Shopify, and ERPs.
Experience with digital assets, SQL database management, taxonomy and schema creation, Lucid Chart, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience in data mapping for integrations of applications, with a focus on ecommerce.
Pay Range:
$92,800.00 - $168,100.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
