Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

The Marketing Analytics Specialist is a critical role on the marketing team. You will help lead our analytics practice on the marketing team, partnering with key stakeholders to build our measurement learning agenda. This role will evaluate and analyze the performance of each campaign by customer segment and journey against target KPIs, such as funnel conversion and digital engagement rates, providing optimization recommendations to the broader marketing team. Additionally, this role will be responsible for keeping a pulse on new and emerging trends in the marketing space that allow us to deliver smarter, more efficient, innovative marketing efforts.
Track and report funnel conversion metrics such as website traffic, leads, opportunities, and deal stages to key stakeholders
Optimize marketing technology systems to enhance and maintain KPI efficiency (Ex. lead scoring, topic scoring, Account-Based Marketing, Personalization)
Assist with developing and executing repeatable/scalable processes to enhance and maintain demand gen conversion efficiency
Develop scalable KPI reporting template with the support of internal team members and marketing managers
Work with key stakeholders to develop forecasts
Act as the point of contact between marketing managers and Oracle Data Cloud Sales Ops from an analytics perspective
Collaborate closely with the Demand Gen team on managing the passing of marketing-generated and qualified leads to CRMs
Monitor data quality across marketing technology systems
At least five years’ experience in Marketing Analytics
BA/MA in a related field
Expert with Adobe Analytics and Salesforce
Experience with SEO reporting is a plus
Experience with Oracle’s CXD reporting dashboard
Possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to proof and edit
Requires a strong work ethic and strong people skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task

Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Experience in a large, matrixed, global organization a plus
