Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Outdoor Performance Marketing Platform team and lead global marketing for Stone Glacier. Our marketing team will create consumer demand through smart brand & product promotion, best-in-class content & creative services, insight-driven shopper experiences, and focused channel activation.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a powerful, ownable brand position and developing initiatives designed to enhance awareness and relevance for the Stone Glacier brand. You will oversee brand guidelines and standards for the organization. You will build strategic marketing plans and work with department and platform leaders to maintain market dominance while driving revenue and profitability growth.

This position reports to the Vice President, Head of Marketing for the Outdoor Performance Platform and is based in Bozeman, MT.

As the Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Develop, lead, and inspire a highly productive, results-oriented marketing team.

  • Work closely with functional partners to ensure a successful, seasonal Go-To-Market process

  • Partner with brand and Outdoor Performance leadership to support and reinforce brand strategies and identify opportunities to reach new consumers

  • Work closely with VP, Head of Stone Glacier in conducting detailed brand analysis to identify potential problems, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Create and execute the plan to deliver brand objectives across all channels and markets

  • Collaborate with industry marketing service providers and the internal studio to create elevated content

  • Communicate product innovation effectively to the consumer through all media channels.

  • Develop PR & organic social plans to influence consumers and retail customers via organic channels.

  • Create metrics for the success of all marketing programs, instilling a high-performing team culture.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing.

  • Experience and knowledge of the hunting consumer and hunting industry.

  • A self-starter who can operate in an entrepreneurial environment that rewards the ability to successfully set and achieve goals, execute plans, and work with customers and the company’s management team.

  • Strong consultative marketing and problem-solving skills with customizing capabilities.

  • Outstanding collaboration and team skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to all levels of the organization.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
