Duties and Responsibilities
Yearly appointment for Interior Design Instructor with abilities to teach any or all of the following interior design topics including:
Intro to and History of Design
Architectural Construction and materials
Textiles and Interior finishes
Kitchen & Bath
Light & color
Digital software including CAD , Revit and SketchUp
Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills
Interior design degree
Prior Teaching experience
Demonstrated industry experience
Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of the two-year college system
Demonstrated ability to move between Interior Design subject curricula
Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and faculty
Demonstrated experience working with students of varying skill sets
