If this resonates with your professional goals and values, we’d love to connect you with this amazing team to start providing exceptional care for patients, apply today!Why you want this position:Competitive pay - $30 to $40/hour, depending on experienceFlexible schedule, full or part time available100% health insurance coverage401(k) with 3.5% company matchPaid time off - 3 weeks’ vacation, 1 week of sick, two personal floating holidays, and standard holidaysContinuing education and company paid licensing for out of state applicantsRelocation assistance to the beautiful Bozeman, Montana!Essential Functions and Duties:Perform detailed assessments of each child’s physical, cognitive, and sensory abilities, as well as their developmental history and any relevant family concerns.Design personalized, developmentally appropriate treatment strategies to support children in achieving their functional goals related to activities of daily living (ADLs), motor skills, sensory processing, and play.Implement hands-on therapeutic interventions, exercises, and activities that support fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and social-emotional development.Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic, child-centered care plan that promotes functional independence and confidence.Track each child’s progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes, fostering growth and development.Provide education and training to parents and caregivers to ensure therapy strategies can be continued at home, maximizing the child’s progress.Share feedback and collaborate with the team to support continuous improvement of therapy practices, processes, and facilities.Qualifications:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.Valid state license to practice occupational therapy in Montana.Experience working with children, particularly those with sensory, motor, and developmental challenges.Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for interacting with children, families, and other professionals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess children’s needs and develop effective treatment plans.Willingness and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and educators.Get in touch!
