An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

The consultant in this position has the main responsibility of implementing the Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) application(s) for our customers. The consultant possesses the required skills to lead the solution design (mapping of the OHI standard functionality to the customer use cases) and implementation aspects of the engagement(s) ensuring high quality within the constraints of time and budget.
Business analysis skills are needed to help ensure our OHI product solution meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. From the position of product and professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of OHI products technology.
Prior OHI experience (functional and technical) is an advantage. The ability to travel is a requirement, to be with our customers onsite during the implementation project is essential and can be aligned / agreed upon for the duration of the project period. Our projects can be anywhere worldwide, this requisition is in first instance for our extending market in the US.
Professional skill requirements:
Min. 4 years of work experience, preferably in the US Health Insurance domain
Excellent communication skills
Ability to operate self-sufficiently within a team
Be accountable and able to perform under stress
Technical skill requirements:
Familiar with REST
Technical / logical affinity to be able to use tools for implementing business logic
Knowledge of OHI applications (preferable)
