Base Compensation: $20/hr
This position is eligible for an annual 10% bonus opportunity in addition to the base salary

This position supports our SDC business. Our Sterilization and Disinfection Control division manufactures and sells biological and chemical indicators that assess the effectiveness of sterilization and disinfection processes for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and dental industries.
Job Summary
The Production Technician that supports our SDC business unit has responsibility forassembling and packaging biological indicators (BIs) and ensures the accurate assembly of the BI to the final stages following good documentation and verification practices. This position has the potential to be deployed to other departments and learn new operations skills.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ability to visually inspect large quantities of medical packaging and insure they meet specifications.
- Ability to package and assemble medical devices with care and efficiency.
- Ability to support operation of all Assembly and Packaging Labelers.
- Ability to respond to changing production timelines.
- Ability to follow SOPs and provide continuous feedback.
- Ability to follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Application of the Mesa Labs Quality Policy and active monitoring of product quality during manufacturing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience/Education
- 6 months experience in a production or laboratory environment preferred, however, willing to train the right individual.
- High School diploma or equivalency degree preferred.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
