Oracle Project Manager 3 - Ops in Bozeman, Montana

Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 5 years of project management or related experience.

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Educate reps and leaders on leveraging talent progression tool aswell as measure career progression usage & effectiveness

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Monitor and measure the efficiency of Talent Progression Toolincluding training roadmaps & programs and adjust to continuously improveand ensure continually aligning to the needs of the business.

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Develop a strong understanding of the OracleDigital Applications License business.

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Communicate and engage regularly andeffectively will all stakeholders, within the license team, within the supportingorganizations, and beyondincluding: Sales Programs, Oracle Sales and Partner Academy, OTD, HR and Sales Ops(BOMs).

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Partner with Senior License Leaders to identifypriorities and address talent challenges /opportunities specific to the licensesales organization.
