The Montana Department of Revenue administers almost 40 state taxes, property appraisals, liquor laws, and unclaimed property for the state of Montana. Duties include serving as lead to other Property Valuation Specialists (PVS) while directing and overseeing a range of property appraisal and assessment support functions. Coordinates and performs field audit work to facilitate data research, verification, computation, and processing as outline in division procedures, in addition to general office and program support services. The position does not supervise other staff. / / The successful candidate will work out of the Bozeman or Ennis field office but may be required to travel 50% of the time and work in all 9 counties within Region 4, depending on workload demands.
