Bozeman Health Resident Services RN Manager in Bozeman, Montana
Position Summary:
The Resident Services Clinical Manager is responsible for assisting leaders with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring, and staffing the care setting subject to policies, budgets, objectives, and directives mandated by regulatory agencies, DNV, and the administrative team. Assists the Director of Senior Services to ensure delivery of high quality, cost effective resident care and efficient management of staff in accordance with goals, objectives, and organizational policies. Responsible for operational expenses and reporting outcomes and variances to the Director of Senior Services. Ensures effective clinical care with focus on residents, providers, and employees of assigned departments. Leads, manages, supervises, evaluates, and develops clinical team. Refers to and develops policy, procedure, guidelines, and department specific competencies. Ensures the department is aligned with the overall mission, vision, values, and culture of Bozeman Health and Hillcrest.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
Current Montana Licensure (RN)
American Heart Association BLS
Two years of relevant leadership experience
Assisted Living Administrator License in accordance with Montana Administrative Rules 37.106.2814 within 6-months of hire
Preferred: Experience with and knowledge of long term care regulations
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field
Essential Job Functions:
Assists leaders with directing broad operations to ensure the provision of comprehensive departmental services in compliance with all regulatory agencies and hospital requirements.
Assists leaders to ensure a collaborative departmental approach to operational planning, care/service design, and development of organizational policies which reflect the mission of the organization.
Coordinates and assists with oversight of departmental services. Continuously assesses and improves departmental performance.
Demonstrates responsible management of all departmental resources.
Demonstrates clinical, technical, and managerial competency.
Leads, teaches, inspires, helps, and consistently demonstrates hospital behavioral standards.

Strong leadership managerial skills; ability to plan, delegate, monitor, and improve work performance
Demonstrates sound judgement, patience, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times
Demonstrates ability to work in a busy and stressful environment

Has the ability to work varied shifts
