Retail Store ManagerBozeman, MTWell-established, locally owned and operated store in Bozeman is looking for a Store Manager to handle the complete day-to-day operations while providing an outstanding customer experience, maximizing store sales, managing expenses, and maintaining inventory and merchandising efforts.Essential Functions:Performs leadership, supervisory and administrative dutiesManages and drives sales and margin through the teamEnthusiastic self-starter leader that builds a sales and customer service cultureIs innovative and creative and always thinking about ways to increase sales and build a high- performance cultureWorks hand in hand with other support team members to provide a great customer experienceResponsible for managing and executing overall store standards, policies andproceduresEnsures a clean, safe and culture driven environment for team and customersHolds team accountable for excellence in service standardsCommunicates to the team clear expectations and works with all employees to ensure the entire team is aware of upcoming promotions, events, and customer needs.Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and reporting systemsQualifications:2 years of retail management experienceUnderstands a great retail environment needs a leader that can see the big picture yet be hands on working closely with team to provide a great customer experienceIs technically proficient - easily adapting to various systemsExperience in managing a team - comfortable in coaching, providing feedback and developmentExcellent communication skillsShows excellent leadership ability - can take charge, be proactive, motivating the teamWhy you want this position:$75K - $85K+ plus bonuses based on salesWork with a strong leadership team that truly values their employeesExcellent employee retention and long time seasonal workersRoom for advancement with clear path and succession plans for aging executive team.
