Revelyst Sales Systems Specialist in Bozeman, Montana

Job Description

As the Sales Systems Specialist , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. Your responsibilities will include researching and evaluating various sales tools and technologies, as well as implementing and maintaining the systems we use. This encompasses B2B platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales automation tools, dealer locators, and other related sales tools and platforms.

This position reports to the Sales Operations Lead and is based in Bozeman, MT or Logan, UT

As the Sales Systems Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain various tools and technologies to enhance the sales process and drive revenue growth for business.

  • Assist in investigating and selecting various sales tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

  • Build, publish, and maintain all catalogs, special offers, and seasonal assets on B2B sites (Elastic).

  • Conduct extensive testing of tools and platforms to ensure accuracy of incoming orders.

  • Develop an understanding of ERP functionalities and interfaces to sales tools.

  • Set up, configure, and test Artifi, Embtrak, and ERP platforms to support custom branding sales on Elastic

  • Provide training and support to ensure that the sales teams are proficient in using the tools to their full potential.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from sales force to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of tools

  • Provide cross functional support to the Sales Operations Team .

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales or sales support environment.

  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, sales environment.

  • A technical aptitude, with experience in ERPs, B2B platforms, and other sales tools.

  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Pro-active mindset and ability to work independently.

Pay Range:

$22.07 - $32.74

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
