Aerotek Service Manager in Bozeman, Montana
Looking for a Service Manager that can run a team of techs doing service work on Pepsi products throughout the Bozeman area.
Directs Service Department activities for Sales Center and installs, services, and repairs beverage coolers, vending machines and other appliances by performing the following duties.
Organizes and schedules work schedules and itineraries for Service Techs.
Coordinates and assigns work schedules to minimize overtime in the Service Department.
Tracks productivity efficiency of service department.
Opens and closes out all work orders on a daily basis.
Maintains and updates equipment inventory locations in SAP.
Receives, processes, and assists with the coordination of special event activities and concession trailers in conjunction with our Office Administration and Service Techs.
Solicits new accounts.
Manages receipt of all new equipment and redeployment of existing equipment to the market place.
Schedules installation and repair service calls.
Receives and processes incoming customer orders through SAP and prepares load sheets and in-voices for next days business.
Performs required sanitation service on equipment.
Services equipment to examine mechanical and electrical parts. Traces electrical circuits and lo-cates shorts and grounds.
Utilizes tools and diagnostic equipment such as wattmeter, ammeter, or voltmeter to diagnose equipment during operating cycle to detect malfunctions, excess vibration, overheating, fluid leaks, and loose parts.
Repairs and adjusts equipment motors. Reassembles appliance, adjusts and lubricates moving parts.
Loads, unloads and transports vendors, coolers and other equipment to and from customer loca-tions.
Ensures shop and vendor storage area is maintained in clean and orderly condition.
Completes all training and demonstrates continuous compliance with all workplace safety, food safety, GMPs or other governmentally mandated, or company policies or procedures.
Adheres to all company dress codes per Harrington Company policy manual.
Keeps assigned company vehicle clean and reports any maintenance problems to the Fleet Maintenance Department.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instruc-tions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer, employees, and management.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to identify and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situa-tions.
Ability to effectively organize multiple tasks.
Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicle.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with

Required Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be familiar with the use of computers, to include use of various business software such as Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
Meets company’s minimum driver’s qualifications for insurability standards.
Position required driver’s license.
