About the Role: We are looking for a SITKA Gear Digital Project Manager to join our team in Bozeman, Montana. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert within SITKA Gear digital systems, and will be critical in planning and overseeing digital and systems-related projects to ensure they are completed on time and within agreed upon scope and deliverables.
Input and drive digital and system initiatives that support the business and brand commerce platform strategies, goals, plans, and decisions
Define and translate functional business requirements to support a best-in-class digital commerce ecosystem while working with shared services functions to prioritize initiatives and execution
Manage cross-functional calendars, timelines, and due dates for SITKA Gear digital and systems related projects
Create detailed project plans and schedules based on a deep understanding of work needed to deliver business requirements and project outcomes
Align diverse stakeholders to future state vision and approach for how to solve strategic problems while breaking down elements of complex issues to deliver a SITKA Gear digital program roadmap
Maintain cross-functional team alignment and development of the front end and back-end user experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant digital project management driving the solution development, implementation, and support of complex digital systems
Minimum of 2 years practical experience with digital, ecommerce, and ERP systems with extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in digital systems
Experience analyzing data to define business requirements and make decisions
Proven success in understanding scope and developing plans to meet deliverables, engaging stakeholders, resolving issues, and leading a project team
Proven track record for ensuring internal and external teams follow through on commitments and are engaged at the appropriate times
Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to build, optimize, and implement process in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time
Ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives to completion while successfully developing lasting relationships
Relocation to Bozeman, Montana with ability to travel up to 10%
