About the Role: We are looking for a SITKA Gear Product Developer to join our team in Bozeman, Montana. In this role, you will manage planning, design, development, reoccurring updates, ongoing management and optimization of SITKAGear styles and skus. You will have a passion for product with the ability to plan, design, develop, and deliver remarkable product that exemplifies the SITKAGear brand standards.
Responsibilities: Help to manage the design and execution of the product development process
Partner with other functions to integrate the development calendar into the cadence of the business
Manage collaboratively the product design and development process timeline, creating clear expectations, deliverables, and accountability across channels
Partner with other Product Developers to meet key milestones on development calendar
Build a deep understanding of fabric and manufacturing technologies
Utilize Centric PLM as primary tool to communicate and manage styles, skus, and the development calendar
Manage the carry over process in support of Product Line Managers
Minimum of 3 years experience as an apparel product developer in consumer branded products
Experience with PLM System
Demonstrated success leveraging design and briefs to develop premium apparel
Highly effective collaboration skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strategic orientation with ability to execute tactically
Flexibility and a strong teamwork orientation
Experience with Centric PLM
