Warehouse Supervisor for Hayden Beverage Company: Bozeman, MT

Idaho’s largest beer, wine and premium beverage distributor, Hayden Beverage Company is looking to hire a highly motivated Evening Warehouse Supervisor for our Bozeman / Belgrade location.

This position is responsible for assisting with the supervision of assigned warehouse personnel in their duties of receiving, stocking, inventory control, picking, maintaining pick locations and staging of product for morning trucks for all deliveries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervising evening warehouse crew.

  • Providing direction of duties as performed by designated evening crew members

  • Overseeing all areas of operations including the beer and keg cooler, wine pick line, regroup and the empty pen

  • Assigning duties directly to personnel

  • Identifying and reporting non-compliant performance in regards Standards of Conduct and other Company policies to the Warehouse Manager, recommending and participating in disciplinary actions

  • Monitoring performance improvements

  • Ensuring proper attire is provided and worn in compliance with company standards

  • Ensuring company standards and operations are satisfied

  • Scheduled Monday-Friday Evening 2PM / 3Pm start time.

  • Salary $43k-$45k; DOE

The Qualified Candidate:

  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to adequately direct employees in the completion of duties with necessary attention to detail

  • Is able to successfully function as a team leader through communication

  • Self-directed and resourceful

  • Is able to participate and pass random drug screens in accordance to the company’s established Drug Free Workplace program

  • Has a valid driver’s license and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record

  • Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner


  • Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.

  • Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
