Work Location : Butte, MT

Starting Pay range : $22.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE

About this position:

Provide administrative support for the Accounts Payable function, including invoice receipt, document scanning, invoice processing and payment.

    About this job:

  • Process incoming invoices received through mail or electronic media

  • Scan invoices into document imaging system and routing them for proper coding and approval

  • Process invoices for payment in SAP according to established Company policies and controls

  • Process payments - check printing, balancing, notification and mailing

  • Reconcile monthly statements from vendors and handle discrepancies

  • Respond to inquiries from employees and outside vendors regarding invoices and payments

  • Basic office skills including data entry, word processing and basic spreadsheets

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to maintain accuracy while completing work on a timely basis
