About this position:
The Administrative Specialist provides routine to complex administrative support for Bozeman and South Dakota Warehouses.

About this job:
Perform clerical and administrative duties for Bozeman and Huron warehouses
Scan, file, enter, and maintain specific department records for retention
Answer the telephone and respond to clients, supervisors, and staff members questions
Perform all other projects and job-related tasks as requested
Assist Storekeeper with monthly SAP reporting and special projects
Travel up to 25% of the time if the successful candidate is located in Butte

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years' experience/training within administrative tasks is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
