If you are looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply to join our team at AWARE.Responsibilities:Work closely with AWARE’s Clinical Professionals in providing services as assigned and developed through prescribed curriculum lesson plans.Spend time with client and family as assigned and/or as identified on the treatment plan.Assesses client, family and environments utilizing assessment tools.Coordinates and conducts the team process to develop a comprehensive Individualized Treatment Plan.Provide services to identified children and families in order to assist in gaining access to:- Medical Services- Social Services- Educational Service- Vocational Services- Recreational ServicesRequirementsExcited to join our organization?
