Acadia Healthcare Director of Business Development in Butte, Montana

Acadia Montana is seeking an organized, motivated and experienced business professional with a commitment to excellent customer service for our Director of Business Development.

The Director is responsible for the overall management of strategic vision, creativity, operational marketing, customer relations activities, management of client census and related activities. Acts as a liaison with internal and external referral resources.

Admissions

  • Acts as a liaison between Acadia Montana and referral sources and coordinates community presentations.

  • Assist utilization management in the maintenance of high quality patient care, cost-efficient and effective utilization of the facility resources.

  • Maintains understanding of delivery systems that have legal implications, which impinge on the well being of the facility in its mission of providing quality treatment.

  • Maintains current working knowledge of JCAHO and other external agency standards/requirements which impact Utilization Review functions and accrediting/License process;

  • Serves as a liaison as needed by admissions to financial and clinical functions of PGH and external review agencies.

Business Development

  • As a liaison between company and referral sources, is engaged in community relations representing the company in presentations, hosting events and public speaking.

  • Under the direction of the C.E.O., develops and implements long term business development plans for the practice to achieve a determined rate of annual growth.

  • Develops sales, marketing and strategic contracting plans and a competitive reimbursement strategy for the services with key local, statewide and national payer entities.

  • A key aspect of this role will include research into related behavioral health market including competitors, payers/referral sources and develop a specialized strategy for success.

  • Research current trends in the industry and develop strategies for responding to opportunities.

  • Promote strategic partnering with payers and referral sources and development of specialized programs based on the business needs of referral and payer sources.

  • Direct the practice to achieve and maintain best-in-class standards of Client Relationship Management and strategies to drive dramatically higher sales and revenue growth.

  • Maintains, manages, and negotiates payor contracts.
