NORTHWESTERN ENERGY Intern Technical Training in BUTTE, Montana
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Degree work in Professional Communications or a similar filed and/or Engineer with an interest in training development
- Must have completed Freshman level or higher by start date
- Must be in good academic standing
- Must Provide GPA in Resume upon application
- Ability to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Develop a variety of training courses for various departments in a modern utility environment
- Provide training content and documentation and will apply and format the information, identify and apply imagery and audio appropriate to the training content, and assist in the review and implementation of course feedback
- Will assist in creating a Training Content Library
- Review, categorize, and organize existing training documentation
- Catalog images for use in future training courses
- Participate in organizational work meetings
- Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
- Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives
Temporary position, will work May - August full-time (40 hours per week) and potentially September - December part-time (20 hours per week).
$20.00 per hour.
