NORTHWESTERN ENERGY Marketing Specialist in BUTTE, Montana
Location open to South Dakota and Montana office locations: Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena or Missoula
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, business or related field
- At least two years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing software and tools
- Knowledgeable in regulatory rules and laws for marketing and ability to implement best practices and adhere to guidelines is crucial
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Creative, analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and apply insights for improvement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and establish clear priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
- Photography and/or videography experience preferred
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Customer Insights and Strategy: Coordinate customer satisfaction studies to collect and analyze audience data, providing insights that inform communication priorities, refine brand strategy and identify emerging trends. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, text, web, print and events, to engage customers effectively.
- Content Creation and Creative Development: Develop compelling campaign materials, including copywriting and multimedia content, to support brand messaging and customer outreach. Create engaging creative assets that enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and measure marketing campaign performance using analytics tools. Prepare and present reports with key insights and strategic recommendations to directors and other stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Vendor Management: Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Marketing Innovation and Trends: Stay informed on the latest marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards to enhance marketing effectiveness and innovation. Leverage A.I. tools to efficiently generate storyboards for campaign concepts.
- Content Production and Coordination: Oversee production shoots, including talent solicitation, securing locations and coordinating vendors or contractors to bring marketing concepts to life.
- Channel Optimization and Customer Engagement: Partner with the channel strategy team to align and optimize marketing strategies across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive customer experience. Utilize Preference Center technology to increase 1:1 channel adoption and personalized communication.
- Corporate Environment and Travel: Work in a corporate office setting with occasional travel (up to 20%) as needed to support marketing initiatives.
- Compliance Management: Ensure marketing activities adhere to legal standards and industry regulations
Full-time position.
$55,600 - $125,400 annually, depending on experience.
