Job Description: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Night Shift Warehouse Workers. As part of our dynamic warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse during the night shift. If you're a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and rewarding environment Key Responsibilities: ? Efficiently and safely pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. ? Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper inventory management and organization. ? Operate warehouse equipment, including.pallet jacks, forklifts, and other machinery (training provided, if necessary). ? Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. ? Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues. ? Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment. ? Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines. Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Ability to pass a drug test ? Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks (including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods). ? Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required. ? Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. ? Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse. ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. ? Forklift experience (preferred but not required). Why Join Us? ?
