Greeting clients and visitors to the office. Assist clients in finding way around office. Answering/routing phone calls and taking detailed messages.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist staff with filling out routine paperwork such as leases and condition reports.
