This includes ensuring the well-being of the residents by maintaining a positive and supportive environmentRequirements Excited to join our organization? AWARE's RN/LPNs earn $35.00 - $39.00 per hour.To learn more please visit AWARE.Talents, skills, and abilities: Thorough knowledge of the nursing process as it applies to the provision medical services to adult individuals.Accurate and effective written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in preforming CPR and in administrating First Aid.Ability to assess, strengths and limitations, help establish realistic goals and measurable objectives, plan and implement, appropriate interventions, and evaluate the outcome of services provided.LPN- must be a graduate of an accredited college or university with a Licensed Practical Nursing Degree and be currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Montana.RN- Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university with a Registered Nursing Degree and be currently licensed as a RN in the State of Montana.Should have a minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or residential setting.Benefits:AWARE proudly offers an excellent benefits package, uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, professional growth, and achieving financial security.
