Your primary responsibilities will include performing section and spot repairs on tires, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform section and spot repairs on commercial tires as per Pomp's standards and guidelines
• Prioritize and repair tires in the order they are received, ensuring timely completion
• Accurately document work orders detailing the repairs performed on each tire
• Record and label each repaired tire with the brand, date, and location of the repair
• Follow all safety procedures and operational protocols during the repair process

Job Requirements:

• Read and understand Rema OTR repair guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to take direction and learn new duties
• General Mechanical ability
• Prior Commercial Tire experience a plus
• Must be able to follow assignments through to completion
• Ability to keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work in a fast paced, continually changing environment
• Ability to safely lift and handle tires up to 100 lbs.
