Warehouse Manager Job Details:
Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, storage, picking, sorting, and loading of product onto the trucks for all orders
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, and material handling requirements; enforces adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
Oversees the day warehouse personnel in the performance and training of safe workplace practices in compliance with department worksite safety programs
Ensures VIP software programs and equipment are performing properly to complete production. Communicates issues by first problem solving then seeking additional support when needed
Helps ensures the accuracy of all inventories by reviewing that inventory management procedures are being met and followed correctly
Oversee and monitor performance improvements for crew members while under disciplinary action
Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships
Work closely with the HR team to recruit and hire qualified candidates
Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development
Conducts periodic training for department employees on topics such as new policies, changes in safety rules or operational processes, and others
Oversight of completion and accuracy of appropriate paperwork, invoices and reports
Ensure proper attire is provided and worn in compliance with department policies including any PPE issued.
Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure company standards are met
Supervise warehouse team members to include training, time and attendance, employee relations, and safety
Safely operate equipment to include forklifts and pallet jacks
Monday – Friday with ability to work other days and holidays as directed by business needs
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs consistently, 158 lbs occasionally
Able to train at our Belgrade warehouse and other regional warehouses until our Warehouse in Butte is fully functional in Winter 2021

Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds, as well as lift 158 pounds up to 24” off the ground
Able to safely operate a forklift and warehouse equipment
